The Duel Begins
Every battle is a best-of-3 coin flip. Take up Swords or raise the Shield, then stake your ETH into the pot.
A public random beacon nobody controls decides all three tosses. Once you have staked, there is nothing left for you to do.
The victor instantly claims 90% of the total pot. The rest fuels buybacks, rewards, and the Arena's growth.
Points & Rewards
Every settled duel earns Gladiator Points, for both players, win or lose. They decide rank, and a season's share of the rewards.
Multiplied by your stake, by any Duelist you have locked, and by how fresh the opponent is.

The coin of the arena
The token's fees and the arena's revenue both go to the same place: buying back $DUEL to fund the seasons that follow. Every duel played feeds the next season's rewards.

What holding earns you
Holding $DUEL multiplies the points you earn from every duel, on exactly the same ladder as the Duelists. You get the better of the two, never both.
